Welcome to Little Forest Spa. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations

• Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance, either by phone - Whatapps 07459259269 or email.
• Confirmation: Bookings are considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If cancellations are made after this time frame, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. 
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

2. Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept payment via cash, credit card.
• Pricing: All prices for services are clearly displayed at the time of booking. Prices may be subject to change, but you will be notified of any updates prior to your appointment.
• Gratuity: Tips are not included in the price of services but are appreciated and can be given at your discretion.

3. Health and Safety

• Consultation: Before your session, we will ask for basic health information to ensure the treatments selected are appropriate for you.
• Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform us prior to your appointment so that we can make the necessary adjustments to your treatment.
• Inappropriate Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. Any conduct deemed inappropriate by our staff may result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund.

4. Confidentiality

• All personal and health information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

5. Massage Sessions

• Duration: All massage sessions are scheduled based on the service booked. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.
• Comfort: You have the right to stop the treatment at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
• Massage Techniques: We offer a variety of massage techniques. Please discuss your preferences with the therapist at the beginning of the session to ensure the best experience.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms and to relax.
• Personal Hygiene: Please ensure that you are clean before your session. If personal hygiene may be an issue, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
• Behavioral Expectations: We expect all clients to behave respectfully and maintain a professional demeanor during the appointment. Inappropriate requests or language will not be tolerated.

7. Liability

• Waiver of Liability: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have provided accurate health information and are not subject to any contraindications for massage or bodywork. You agree that Little Forest SPA and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by pre-existing health conditions or failure to disclose relevant information.
• Damages: The client is responsible for any damage to the property or equipment of Little Forest SPA caused by negligence or misuse during the session.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Your personal details and booking information will only be used for the purpose of providing services. We will not share this information without your consent unless required by law.

9. Amendments

• Little Forest SPA reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website, and we encourage you to review them prior to each appointment.

10. Agreement

• By booking or receiving services at Little Forest SPA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT TOWARDS STAFF POLICY

This document outlines the expectations for appropriate and inappropriate behavior in a therapeutic setting, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both therapists and clients.

Appropriate Behavior:

• Touching: Only therapists are permitted to touch clients in order to perform treatments. Clients should not touch therapists, and therapists will never touch a client's private areas.

• Underwear and Draping: Clients are required to wear underwear unless the therapist explicitly allows its removal for the treatment. A towel or sheet will be used to drape the client, and they may request adjustments to ensure comfort throughout the session.

• Talking: Conversations are welcomed during treatment; however, personal, sexual, or inappropriate comments should be avoided. The focus of the session should remain on the therapeutic process.

Inappropriate Behavior:

• Sexual Advances: Any form of sexual advances, inappropriate touching of the therapist, or making inappropriate comments will be considered misconduct.

• Exposing Yourself: Clients should not remove drapes or expose private areas during treatment. Maintaining modesty and respect is essential throughout the session.

• Touching Yourself: Any act of self-touching during treatment is considered sexual and inappropriate.

• Derogatory Comments: Requests for sexual favors, offensive language, or any other form of inappropriate speech will not be tolerated.

Consequences of Crossing Boundaries:

• Immediate Action: If boundaries are crossed, the therapist has the right to end the treatment immediately. The client may also be banned from the spa, and future appointments will not be permitted.

• Legal Action: Aggression, harassment, or sexual misconduct will be taken very seriously. Legal action may be pursued in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Unintentional Arousal:

• Handling Arousal: Therapists will not draw attention to unintentional arousal unless it causes discomfort or is interpreted as signaling sexual intent. In such cases, the session will be terminated immediately.

Client History:

• Inappropriate Behavior: Any incidents of inappropriate behavior will be documented in the client's history. Such incidents may affect future interactions with the spa and could lead to a permanent ban or legal action if necessary.

Sexual Assault:

• Immediate Consequences: Any form of sexual assault will result in an immediate ban from the spa, police involvement, and a full investigation. CCTV footage and other relevant evidence will be provided to authorities as part of the investigation.
